When the avocados arrive at our facility, they undergo a thorough quality check. They are then ripened in controlled conditions, ensuring that only fully ripe avocados proceed to the next stage. The process begins with washing the fruit, followed by destoning and crushing to obtain the avocado pulp. This pulp is then malaxed at a carefully controlled temperature and time to maximize oil yield while preserving nutrients.
The paste undergoes a double separation process, applying centrifugation techniques to separate the oil. Importantly, no chemicals are used throughout the process, ensuring that the oil is in its most natural and pure form.
